📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement international sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in target markets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers, distributors, and partners.
• Manage and oversee international trade compliance and logistics.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of international business initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international trade and e-commerce.
• Represent Beautyhaul at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs, and logistics.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
