In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, manage a team of skilled operators, and implement best practices to optimize our manufacturing processes. Our Sidoarjo facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including advanced mixing systems, drying ovens, and quality control equipment, ensuring we meet the highest standards in paint production.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
• Optimize production processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements using tools like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Manage inventory and material procurement, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, minimizing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the paint manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards, including ISO 9001.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and quality control software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
