📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain offset printing presses, including Heidelberg and other industry-standard machines, with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare and set up printing plates and cylinders to ensure optimal print quality.
• Monitor and adjust printing parameters to achieve consistent and high-quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in offset printing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Offset Printing Operator or similar role.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain offset printing presses with high precision.
• Familiarity with Heidelberg presses and other industry-standard equipment.
• Strong understanding of color management and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in offset printing or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
