📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on civil structures, including but not limited to, concrete slabs, walls, and foundations.
• Inspect and assess the condition of civil structures to identify any potential issues or areas of concern.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to create and manage project plans, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Work closely with the senior technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil construction and maintenance, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with construction materials and techniques.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
