Molex is seeking a talented Production Planner to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer requirements and company goals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.,Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.,Manage and optimize production resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production teams.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Understanding of quality management systems and standards.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
