📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and precision.
Program and set up CNC machines for various projects, following detailed technical specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect and test machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Document machine setups, maintenance activities, and quality control results.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in operating and maintaining CNC machines, particularly for precision engineering.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar.
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
Certification in CNC Machining or related fields is a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
