As a Dropship Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, working closely with our team to manage and optimize our dropshipping processes.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our entire order lifecycle, from initial order intake to final delivery. You’ll work with our team to coordinate with suppliers, track shipments, and ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our inventory records, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the entire order lifecycle from order intake to final delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition
• Maintain and update inventory records using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Identify trends and implement strategies to improve our operations and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce fulfillment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, dropshipping, or a related role
• Proficient in using Shopify, AliExpress, or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with logistics software such as ShipStation, Zoho Inventory, or similar
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
