In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our middle mile operations, ensuring that our goods are transported safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our 3PL partners to coordinate the transportation of goods, monitoring the progress of shipments and addressing any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are in good condition and ready for use. Additionally, you will be involved in the development and implementation of our logistics strategies, working with our team to identify areas for improvement and to implement best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize middle mile logistics operations in Tabanan, Bali, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure seamless integration and smooth flow of goods between our warehouse in Denpasar and our final destinations.
• Supervise and manage a team of drivers and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
• Monitor and track shipments, addressing any issues or delays promptly to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and manage our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience with fleet management is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
