📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all legal matters for the group, including corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and board of directors.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian law.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes and developments.
• Ensure that all legal activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with the company's policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on Indonesian legal environment.
• Proven track record in managing legal matters for a large and complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, including company law, labor law, and commercial law.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
