📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and precision.
• Program and set up CNC machines for various projects, following detailed technical specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect and test machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document machine setups, maintenance activities, and quality control results.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining CNC machines, particularly for precision engineering.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Certification in CNC Machining or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
