🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process optimization and operational support.
- Proficient in using process control systems such as SCADA, PLC, and DCS.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional certifications in process optimization or related fields are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
