📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to receive and process incoming shipments.
  • Monitor and control warehouse expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
