📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy
  • Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness
  • Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation
  • Participate in product development processes to provide input on documentation needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
  • Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices
  • Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
