📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and other company events.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Any other relevant qualifications or skills.
