Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate and supervise the construction activities, working closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors.,Manage the site team, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that the site is a safe and productive environment.,Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.,Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and used.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of MEP construction processes, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
