📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical center, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare outcomes.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and develop budgets and forecasts.,Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed and that the medical center is a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with a preference for experience in a hospital or medical center setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
