Apotek Rama Sate is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and food quality to our customers.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the restaurant industry and has a strong understanding of the food and beverage service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Control inventory and ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked.
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality and safety.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to use POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
