🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.,Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is a plus.
