📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of outlet managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and competition.
