Rejeki Oka Restaurant is seeking a Lead HR Officer to join our team. As the Lead HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure best practices are followed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management and training methodologies.,Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
