📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance reviews and document employee progress.,Maintain accurate records of operational activities.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR software and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
