PT Duta Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, assisting in sourcing and attracting top talent, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Support the sourcing and attraction of top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, document preparation, and other related tasks.,Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for people and the recruitment process.
