Silver Base Indonesia is looking for a Junior HR Staff to join our team in Pluit, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.,Handle HR inquiries and provide information to employees and managers.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian.
