📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to clinic staff and patients.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Maintain and update the clinic's computer network and systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the clinic's computer systems and data.,Train and educate clinic staff on the use of computer systems and software.,Monitor and optimize the performance of the clinic's computer systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and apply new technologies to the clinic's systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental software and systems is a plus.
