📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas of risk and recommendations for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal audit activities to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audit purposes.,Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in internal auditing.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in risk assessments and internal control reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
