As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and benefits.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR manager in managing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
