Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating disputes, and promoting a positive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing training programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits administration, including leave management and insurance.,Collaborate with managers to address HR-related issues and provide solutions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Candidate must be able to work in Bali.🛠️ Keahlian
