📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
• Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with room assignments, ensuring guests receive the best available rooms based on their preferences and needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival and departure.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the guest services area.
• Stay updated on property policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Promote the property’s amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siteminder, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia, as required by local regulations.
