Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Domino's systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
