As an Engineering Staff / Hotel Maintenance Technician at Pt Rudra Sahashrara Bali, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the various systems and equipment that keep our retreat running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide technical support to the operations team as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as CMMS or similar systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
