📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
