📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Keep track of inventory and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development programs.,Assist in special events and catering services when required.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Timorese cuisine is a plus.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
