📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize fleet efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and maintained according to company policies.,Assist in the management of vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve any issues related to vehicle operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports on vehicle performance and maintenance.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all fleet-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with fleet management software is an advantage.
