📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
  • Supervise and manage engineering teams and subcontractors.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in building engineering, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia.
