📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to these plans.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, and mentor junior engineers as needed.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure their satisfaction with the project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, and familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools and techniques.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar project management software.
