📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
