📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and development of team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Support the management team in strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong understanding of financial operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
