📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to users on the use of IT systems and applications.,Respond to IT-related emergencies and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies, such as ticketing systems, remote access tools, and monitoring software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
