📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
