Sentral Gilang Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head to lead our team in Gowa. As a Department Head, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, and driving customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and skills.,Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the cafe.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the hospitality or food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee and food preparation techniques is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
